Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pepperclouds, we strive to deliver the best possible services to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before subscribing to or purchasing any service.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation of any ongoing service by submitting a written request via email to info@pepperclouds.com.
  • For monthly subscription-based services, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • For one-time services or annual plans, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of service delivery.

2. Refund Policy

We maintain a no-refund policy once the service has been initiated or the work has commenced. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:

Eligible for Partial Refund (Case-by-case basis):

  • If the project has not yet started.
  • If the delay or non-delivery is from our end due to unforeseen technical issues.
  • If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and before the start of work.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • If service is already delivered, partially or fully.
  • If the client delays project progress or communication.
  • If a domain has already been registered or hosting has been activated.
  • For digital services like SEO, ad campaigns, or marketing plans already launched.

3. Domain & Hosting Services

  • Domains once registered cannot be refunded as they are non-returnable digital assets.
  • Hosting charges are non-refundable once activated, regardless of usage.

4. Subscription Plans

  • Subscription services (e.g., website on monthly plans) are non-refundable once the monthly or annual payment is processed.
  • You may cancel future renewals anytime by emailing us in advance.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund (if eligible), email us at info@pepperclouds.com with the following details:

  • Your full name/company name
  • Date of purchase
  • Service name
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

We will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond accordingly.

6. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Pepperclouds. By using our services, you agree to abide by this policy.
